About

This blog is a collection of updates to family and friends, from the banal to the unbelievable. The title was inspired by Daniel Burnham, architect and urban planner. He planned the 1893 Chicago World's Fair, designed Union Station in Washington D.C. and the Flatiron Building in New York City, and authored the country's first comprehensive plan.

"Make no little plans. They have no magic to stir men's blood and probably will not themselves be realized. Make big plans; aim high in hope and work, remembering that a noble, logical diagram once recorded will never die."
